Textoo is a subtitling company focusing on increasing digital accessibility through subtiling video material.

I joined Textoo in 2020 as a PM & UX/UI Designer to re-imagine a previous failed attempt of digitizing their order flow. By creating an order flow from scratch and automating unnecessary administrative steps, we managed to create a great user experience and at the same time free up internal admin hours.

The project ran over 6 months and my work included research, leading workshops, creating user flows, service design, wireframes, prototypes and managing the development team to launch.

Below are the main pages, making up the entire order process on the customer side. By approaching the design with a mobile-first strategy I had to question all visual elements and make sure that only the important ones were left.

With the client's belief in a shift towards heavier use of mobile phones for recording and managing video content, the strategy of starting the design with mobile devices made sense.
